We are truly grateful for your visit and the opportunity to share who we are. Take a moment to get to know our journey—and how “Party With Sparks” became one of the most passionate, high-energy DJ teams in Central Florida.
Party With Sparks was founded on a simple but powerful belief: music has the power to transform moments into memories. What began as a genuine love for music and an eagerness to serve others quickly evolved into a mission-driven event entertainment company focused on energy, professionalism, and unforgettable experiences.
From the very beginning, we set ourselves apart by doing more than just playing music. We studied crowd psychology, mastered event flow, and committed ourselves to understanding the unique vision behind every celebration. Whether it’s a wedding, corporate event, or private party, our team approaches each event with intention—curating sound, atmosphere, and momentum to keep guests engaged from start to finish.
Our growth into a recognized leader did not happen overnight. It came through consistency, client trust, and relentless attention to detail. By investing in top-tier talent, premium equipment, and innovative enhancements—such as uplighting, cold sparklers, and immersive effects—we elevated the standard of what event entertainment should feel like.
Today, we're known not only for energizing rooms, but for the professionalism, preparation, and passion we bring to every event. We are proud to serve Central Florida with a team of experienced DJs who genuinely care about creating moments your guests will talk about long after the music fades.

Our story begins with a leap—from a career in finance to a life centered on music and enjoyment. For several years, I worked as a business banker at a national bank and genuinely enjoyed the role. Yet, throughout that time, I carried a persistent sense that a musical gift God had given me was being neglected—never fully attended to or acknowledged. As the years passed, that feeling intensified until it could no longer be ignored. Ultimately, I made the decision to act on it.
My initial plan was to enter the music industry as a producer. At the time, many successful producers had begun their careers as disc jockeys, so I set out to learn exactly what it meant to be a DJ. I was fortunate to have a close friend—and banking client—who was an established DJ and the owner of a promotional company. His name is Juan Nuñez. He guided me on the proper equipment to purchase and provided hands-on instruction. I practiced diligently and consistently, refining my skills until I felt fully prepared.
“DJ GITMO” was the initial name I used as a DJ. It was inspired by my birthplace — Guantánamo, Cuba — and the U.S. naval base located there, commonly referred to as “Gitmo.” Most of the work was in the evenings at local nightclubs and bars throughout the Tampa Bay area.
Some time later, I connected with another bank client who was also a DJ and the owner of a DJ company—Jason Martinez of DJ Jason & Associates. Unlike my nightclub work, his company specialized in private events. I assisted him at one of those events, and from that moment on, everything changed. I embraced the private events sector wholeheartedly and went on to spend the next three years working alongside Jason.
After those years, I had the privilege of meeting a remarkable woman, Cindy Dervech, who offered me the opportunity to join her team at Breezin’ Entertainment. Over the next three years, I performed events throughout the Tampa Bay area as part of their roster. With six years of combined experience and exposure gained from working with Jason and Breezin’, I felt fully prepared to take the next step—building and leading a team of my own.
This is when our story begins to shape up. That moment marked the beginning of DJ Sparks Events. For the first time, I had the opportunity to develop my own brand, assemble my own team, and deliver services fueled by a renewed level of passion and excitement—one I believed the industry needed and would truly benefit from. I rolled up my sleeves and got straight to work.
I brought in some of the best talent in the Tampa Bay and Orlando markets. The early members of the team included DJ Jason, DJ EROS, and DJ ROMA. Together we brought excitement and joy to businesses and families throughout the region. Many of those returned to us for repeat bookings and future family celebrations. This founding team was instrumental in putting our brand on the map, establishing it as a serious contender in the industry.
We continued to grow as a business. We established ourselves as preferred vendors at a variety of local venues, further reinforcing our record of excellence. Hotels, private venues, and barns throughout the Tampa Bay and Orlando areas welcomed us. Many made us their go-to entertainment team for the needs of their patrons.
After the success of that first team, we expanded our reach. Among those were DJ A.N.S., DJ Mo-Money, DJ Izabella, DJ Legna, DJ Keynah, DJ Kue, DJ Wichie, & DJ Kells. That expansion gave me the idea of a name change. We became “Sparks Events Services.” The idea was to add other services besides disc jockey.

These professionals continued building to our reputation of excellence. I am forever grateful to all of them for their hard work and contributions.
Our Story Today
Today, we move forward with renewed passion and commitment. The same curiosity and fervor that ignited this journey 13 years ago continues to drive me, pushing the business toward its fullest potential. Our legal name remains Sparks Events Services LLC. However, we now proudly operate under the nickname “Party With Sparks.” We have streamlined our processes to refocus on the fundamentals that have always defined our excellence. Backed by a team of the top DJs in Central Florida, we maintain an impeccable track record of success at every event we serve.
In response to growing demand, we have expanded our offerings with the latest enhancements designed to make every event even more memorable. From our magical Dancing on the Cloud experience, to our radiant Uplighting, and our signature Sparks’ Cold Sparklers, we continue to earn the trust and highest regard of our community. Today more than ever, you will find a highly experienced—and genuinely enthusiastic—team of DJs, ready to help you and your guests create unforgettable moments.
